It would be a shock if you haven't heard of Hurricane Matthew that just hit Haiti, Cuba, Bahamas, and some of the Southeastern U.S the last week or so. The latest status that I read on an article noted there have been over 800 deaths in Haiti alone. Understandably one of the highest death tolls from this hurricane. Haiti being a very poor, 3rd world country. They had very little resources and time to prepare, considering many were unaware of the hurricane even coming. The hurricane swept over several other Caribbean countries and made it's way to Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and even parts of Virginia. Many places have flooded, piers have been washed away, and there has been already 4 deaths reported as of a hour or so ago. I personally have some friends and family in different places all over the US and some of them are stuck with this hurricane inside their homes. So to each and everyone of you out there in this mess that has been caused by Hurricane Matthew, my heart goes out to you, and I hope that everyone stays safe!
Now onto Politicians. Like most other people in this world, I have been stuck on who to vote for in the presidential election for quite sometime now. However, now that we are down to less than a month left until elections, I guess I need to really narrow things down. Here are my thoughts, and remember they are my thoughts only. The two front runners are, Hillary Clinton for the Democrats, and the Republicans have Donald Trump. Who ever thought in this world that our president could come down to these two. Neither of them being qualified for the role in my book. I claim to be an independent for the most part, but I definitely lean more towards Republican side. Most of the time I vote for Republican if they have many of the views that I have and have agendas that I think are worth them being in office and will make a difference. This time around though, I have a VERY hard time swallowing the thought of voting for Donald Trump. Hear me out: Hillary lies through her teeth all the time, she obviously has some sort of health issues going on more than what she is putting out in the public, and looking at her background with her political offices, she did a shitty job. Donald on the other hand, is a very good business man, but has the mouth of a sailor (or worse really). Recently it was brought up how, back in 2005, he was caught on audio talking about being a star and being able to use that to get women. As he put it, that women could be "Grabbed by the Pu**y". Now I'm far from a feminist, even though I am female, but that's a disgusting way for a potential President to act. Back then or now.
He doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut when he needs to, and what is he going to do when another country is causing issues? Just bomb them? He can't do that, and I should hope there is many things within the White House to keep him from doing such a thing. He's too hot headed. That's why I have decided that, in a few weeks at the polls, I'm going to vote for the Independent. The one that truly SHOULD be in office. I can't bare to think about either Hillary or Trump getting into office, and if I voted for them just because they are the two front runners then I wouldn't be a very good voter and shouldn't be allowed to vote. Sadly, will my vote mean anything? Sure it will, it will take away a vote from one of them, but ultimately one of them will win. Not the independents who have more intelligence and better ideas for this country.

However you vote, just remember to vote!
